The People Behind Shugaosha

Teresa Soo is the co-founder of Shugaosha, the Australian Representative of the Japan Small Face Correction Certification Association, a Certified Trainer, and a practising Facial Correction Specialist. After completing her professional training in Japan, Teresa continued to develop and refine her hands-on work through years of practical experience, eventually creating The Shugaosha Way — Shugaosha’s own facial correction method focused on facial balance, contours and overall harmony. Through ongoing professional training and exchange in Japan, Teresa continues to refine and expand Shugaosha’s hands-on approach while also mentoring the next generation of practitioners.

Charles Cho is the co-founder of Shugaosha, a Certified Specialist of the Japan Small Face Correction Certification Association, and a practising Facial Correction Specialist. Known for his calm, precise and meticulous approach, Charles carefully assesses each individual face and adapts his hands-on work according to facial structure, balance and contours. His work focuses on supporting a more balanced, lifted and firmer appearance while refining facial contours and maintaining a natural, harmonious result. With years of hands-on experience, Charles continues to refine his skills and professional approach through ongoing practice and development.
